The Vision

a message from Rick Fitzer

The Enclave was inspired by years of research to determine what makes a community a great place to live. We took the time to reflect on the "great" neighborhoods of the past and realized those places brought a sense of comfort and peace of mind to the people who lived there. They were places where people could come together, become close knit, feel protected and feel a great sense of pride.

From the beginning, we have envisioned The Enclave as a community that would stand apart from the many other residential options in the area. Outstanding homes and a manned security gate for privacy and security are two of the three key elements that were part of our plan. Both exist today. Now we are adding the third, our $6.2 million Clubhouse and Amenities Center.

We are excited about the impact the Clubhouse will have on our residents' quality of life. Serving as an extension of the home, it will draw neighbors into the fabric of the community and turn chance social meetings into lasting friendships. The Clubhouse promises to be a spectacular gathering place, where residents can enjoy life the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
