Enclave sales on the upswing

Beautiful Homes, architectural detail, and a true neighborhood make The Enclave highly appealing

Carriage Home by Legacy Custom Builders

As the first six months of 2007 draw to a close, the number of prospective buyers inquiring about The Enclave and visiting the community have both increased dramatically vs. the last six months of 2006. As one would expect, sales are following suit. Here are several reasons why!

First, "The Retreat," our $6.2 million dollar Amenity Center, is nearing completion. The level of excitement regarding this new facility is extremely high among Enclave owners and potential future owners too. Second, the variety of Enclave real estate has great appeal. Patio homes, with open floor plans and low maintenance, are attractively priced from $346,500. Showcase homes, from $650,000 to $1 million plus, are the work of some of the area's finest builders. And those who want to build a custom home will find beautiful executive homesites that are priced from $92,000 and estate homesites priced from $155,000.

Then, there are The Enclave constants -- the things that never change. The community enjoys a convenient location within 11 miles of downtown Savannah, close to major interstates and the Airport, and within a 15 mile radius of many of the area's largest employers. The Enclave is gated for privacy and security. And with only 321 homes and homesites, the Enclave will always be a true community of friends and neighbors.

Know someone who might be interested in The Enclave? Just give us a call at (912) 236-9263 and we will be delighted to send them information. Should they purchase a developer homesite prior to December 31, 2007, you will enjoy a year of free homeowner's association dues. What could be better than growing our community from within?

The Enclave Owner Survey:
The results are in!

The Retreat -- The Enclave's $6.2 million dollar Amenity Center -- received very high marks from owners. Opening in late summer, it will be a wonderful gathering place for the community. (Artist's Rendering and Construction Photo from early July.)

Thank you for a great response to our Owner Survey. The information you provided will assist us in continuing to tailor The Enclave to meet your preferences. We were pleased to learn the following:

Security at The Enclave received high marks from 85% of those of you who responded. Along with our convenient location and the intimate size of our community, security was a top factor in your decision to purchase at The Enclave. "The Retreat," your new Amenity Center, was ranked "very good or among the best" by over 90% of respondents and, not surprisingly, the Fitness Center was The Retreat's most important component. We learned that personal training, aerobics and Pilates are the top three activities you hope to see provided by the club on a regular basis. You also told us, unanimously, that food and beverage are a must at poolside and that you welcome the addition of a billiards room.

The Owner Survey is always ongoing. We will continue to distribute it to new owners and consider all of your comments as the community grows. If you have not had an opportunity to fill out the survey, it's not too late!

The Enclave introduces a new powerhouse sales team from Ben Farmer Realty.

Traci Amick is the new listing agent for all developer homesites and the patio homes of Encore Homes and Legacy Custom Builders. One of Savannah's most successful and highly regarded realtors, Traci will serve as Director of Sales. Highlights of her career include $60 million in sales in four years with Southbridge Realty and $20 million in sales since joining Ben Farmer in 2005.

Onsite specialist Tammy Mims is relatively new to real estate, but has already established herself as an outstanding realtor. She has brought the professionalism she acquired through 20 years in the health-care industry to her new endeavor. Add to that her remarkable enthusiasm and her continuing success is easy to understand.

In his 6-year career, onsite specialist Lorenzo McDonald has enjoyed great success as an agent in Richmond Hill, Savannah, Pooler, and other areas. His e-mail signature -- "The Time is Now!" -- is an indication of the high level of energy he brings to sales.

Traci, Tammy, and Lorenzo are experienced, dedicated professionals and careful listeners. By understanding their customers' individual needs, they are able to assist them in finding the perfect home and homesite at The Enclave. Stop by the Welcome Center any day of the week between noon and 6:00 pm and say hello to Traci, Tammy and Lorenzo. Or give them a call at 236-9263. Enclave Neighbors: The Bedgoods

From left: Rick Fitzer, President of The Fitzer Group, LLC., with Joe and Faye Bedgood at the groundbreaking of The Retreat.

Meet Joe and Faye Bedgood, The Enclave's first residents. Joe and Faye bought their homesite in 2005 based primarily upon the concept of the community, which was still very much in development. The Enclave has greatly exceeded the highest expectations of these true "pioneers."

As former longtime residents of The Isle of Hope, one of Savannah's most desirable historic neighborhoods, The Bedgoods were looking for another genuine community when they decided to downsize. They wanted a home that was architecturally correct, had an open floor plan, and required little maintenance -- all in an intimate setting. They found "the ticket," they say, at The Enclave and built their patio home on Misty Marsh Drive.

Faye has a "keepsake box" of sentimental "firsts" that includes early pictures of their home and even nails from the construction site. And the Bedgoods loved the honor of assisting with the ceremonial groundbreaking of "The Retreat".

Devoted fans of The Enclave, Joe and Faye are looking forward to enjoying their neighbors and making new friends at "The Retreat" when it opens in late summer. They're sure it will be the perfect place to do so!
